The documents listed are common examples and not a complete list of what can be notarized. While I provide notarial services, I do not offer legal advice. For estate planning matters, I can refer you to a trusted estate planning attorney who can properly guide you before your documents are notarized. For any other legal questions, I recommend consulting with your attorney, and I am happy to help connect you with one if needed. If you have questions or need a document notarized, please give us a call at (352) 888-2687.

We are available to assist with all types of loan signings. Pricing may vary based on travel distance, document package size, and any special requirements such as witnesses.

We are happy to assist clients in both English and Spanish.

Do not sign your document in advance – All signatures must be completed in the presence of the Notary.

Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID – Examples include a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or other acceptable identification.

Know the type of notarization required – Such as an acknowledgement, jurat, oath, or affirmation. I’m happy to explain the differences, but the document or issuing agency must indicate which one is needed.

All signers must be present – Each person signing must appear in person and present valid identification.

Bring witnesses if needed – If your document requires witnesses, please bring them unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Review your document beforehand – The Notary verifies identity and witnesses signatures, but does not review or confirm the accuracy or legal content of the document.
