Mobile Notary Services
Most Popular Notary Services:
Power of Attorney
Adoption
Living Will
DMV Form
Bill of Sale
Quit Claim Deed
Home Equity LOC
Marriage Certificate
The documents listed are common examples and not a complete list of what can be notarized. While I provide notarial services, I do not offer legal advice. For estate planning matters, I can refer you to a trusted estate planning attorney who can properly guide you before your documents are notarized. For any other legal questions, I recommend consulting with your attorney, and I am happy to help connect you with one if needed. If you have questions or need a document notarized, please give us a call at (352) 888-2687.

We are happy to assist clients in both English and Spanish.
• Do not sign your document in advance – All signatures must be completed in the presence of the Notary.
• Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID – Examples include a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or other acceptable identification.
• Know the type of notarization required – Such as an acknowledgement, jurat, oath, or affirmation. I’m happy to explain the differences, but the document or issuing agency must indicate which one is needed.
• All signers must be present – Each person signing must appear in person and present valid identification.
• Bring witnesses if needed – If your document requires witnesses, please bring them unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
• Review your document beforehand – The Notary verifies identity and witnesses signatures, but does not review or confirm the accuracy or legal content of the document.
