Apostille Services

Your Apostille Agent

I provide reliable and professional apostille services to help individuals and businesses prepare documents for international use. As a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Spanish, I take pride in assisting clients from diverse backgrounds and ensuring that their documents are handled with clarity and care throughout the entire process.

I have completed specialized training to understand the proper procedures for apostille processing, including state and federal authentication requirements. My work is guided by strong attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to accuracy, which are essential when handling documents that must meet strict legal standards.

In addition to serving clients locally, I collaborate with trusted notaries and professionals in other states when documents require authentication outside of Florida. This network allows me to help coordinate the apostille process efficiently, making it easier for clients who need documents prepared for use internationally.

My goal is to simplify what can often feel like a complex process, providing dependable support from notarization and document preparation to obtaining the apostille from the appropriate authority.

Most countries prefer a Sworn Translation over a Certified Translation. A sworn translation is a certified translation that has a jurat attached and notarized.

If a document is notarized, the Notary Public's Signature is verifies at the State office before getting an Apostille.

A Federal apostille is only administered at the Department of State in Washington, D.C., for walk-in services, and in Virginia for mail-in requests. This is a complex process. Please contact me for more info.
