Building a Dream Through Faith, Family, and Hard Work

My name is Keila, and I recently started my notary business to help people. This journey didn’t begin with perfect timing, unlimited resources, or a stress-free life. It began in the middle of REAL life. Here I talk about the raw, beautiful, sometimes overwhelming reality of being a mom, a wife, a student, and a working professional.

Like many parents, my days are full. Between raising my children, working in the healthcare field, going to school, and managing everyday responsibilities, life moves fast. Starting a business while juggling all of this has not always been easy, but it has been worth it. I have always believed that with determination, faith, and hard work, we are capable of more than we think.

I have spent years developing administrative and notary experience, and during that time, I began to notice something important. There is a real need in our communities, especially for bilingual services. Many individuals feel overwhelmed when dealing with documents, forms, or processes they don’t fully understand, particularly when language barriers exist. I felt called to help in a way that is convenient, respectful, and affordable. That calling is what led me to start this business.

Everyone deserves support, clear communication, and someone who cares enough to take the time to help. My heart is especially drawn to helping older members of our community, individuals who are not comfortable with technology, members of the immigration community, and those who have limited resources. I always do my best to accommodate each person’s needs and make the process as simple and smooth as possible.

One of the greatest blessings in this journey is that this is a family-owned business. I have the opportunity to partner with my mom, who is a CPA, which allows us to offer more services to individuals and small businesses. For me, it means everything to be able to build something meaningful together as a family.

I want people to know that just because life is busy or difficult, our dreams are not out of reach. Although I am juggling many responsibilities, and there are days when I feel stretched thin, I also know that we are capable of more than what we sometimes believe.

With determination, faith, and the support of family, we can face anything that comes our way.

If there is one message I hope people take from my story, it is this: You ARE capable. Your circumstances do not define your future. Progress may be slow, and the path may not always be easy, but with persistence, faith, and the willingness to keep going, amazing things can happen. This business is not just about documents and signatures. It is about helping people move forward in their lives. It is about breaking language barriers, making services accessible, and showing that even in the middle of busy, imperfect lives, we can still build something meaningful.
